Cool ! they have bypassed Visakhapatnam which is NSG 1 station and highest earning station of Andhra Pradesh with 564cr and 22 lac city population. He has mentioned via and has not written Vijayawada too. Once TT is prepared and permission given Ongole may also have stoppage.

Pendurti Duvvada are suburbs and 20km away from main city. U are a railfan but not everyone boarding the train is railfan and they want stoppage at Visakhapatnam station.

They will put demand for stoppages Vande Bharat at CHIRALA and Bapatla will come up. Ongole MP has written Letter with requirements and it will be table. Most requests will get answer not feasible. VB halt will be fullfilled. Already Visakhapatnam MP put proposal for DVD halt for VB to ECOR hopefully 20833 will be given.

Vande Metro is better for interior regions then Vande Bharat. Sorry to say this your zone and your expectations are too high. When jabalpur is connected to Bhopal being your state capital city VB attaracted 200-250 travellers while JS another 200-250 in ACC making 400-500 travellers per day then how come JBP alone give 400-450 travellers to Durg Raipur with no proper supporting intermediate stations.
Just check Durg Visakhapatnam and Tatanagar BAM they are not even able to attract 200 travellers.
