Cool ! they have bypassed Visakhapatnam which is NSG 1 station and highest earning station of Andhra Pradesh with 564cr and 22 lac city population. He has mentioned via and has not written Vijayawada too. Once TT is prepared and permission given Ongole may also have stoppage.

Pendurti Duvvada are suburbs and 20km away from main city. U are a railfan but not everyone boarding the train is railfan and they want stoppage at Visakhapatnam station.
Who told every one is railfan who board,example I want a train in dusera, diwali to vskp iam ok with DVD or pendurti stop which is far better than double cost of buses at festive time

But here for bza to nlr nonstop so either 270 km radius passenger either deboard bza or nlr to travel to their destination some what easy for tenali mostly, nellore for kavali but for others like chirala, ongole it's meaningless
