Converting hobby into a source of income is somewhat smart, but most of the railway vloggers are extremely irritating, having horrible expressions, little or no knowledge about railways, usually creating an artificial chaos everywhere to gain views, spamming by providing manipulative captions & so on. Actually, chapri vloggers have chapri audience...thats why they are growing, even IRCTC sends personal invitations to such 'dumb' videographers on Vande bharat inaugural runs. Though I must say, there are some channels who have wonderful content, sense of videography & editing & useful to passengers, these are channels of standard railfans who adopted vlogging.

Railway says one can do filming with mobile phone and small camera for non-commercial purpose with a valid ticket and ID proof.
