This train be lookin' doable for extendin' it all the way to Rameswaram for a couple of reasons. Another train like SGNR-TPJ Humsafar Express be having more chances to extend to RMM even though skippin' most of TN's important stations. Ain't a big issue 'cause it still connects to UBL and MRJ. Main thing be if SCR and SR be cool with this and ready to go.

Now talkin' about feasibility,
Reason 1: Got a slot from NED to RMM via KCG with options between KPD and RMM which can save time in doin' maintenance in RMM.

2: Got enough time at NED for turnaround (can switch around rakes due to LHB conversion happenin' often)

This extension be providin' Rajasthan, Gujarat connection to major towns in TN, AP, and TL. More stations gettin' connected some first time, others offerin' extra connectivity.

Also, it be providin' good pilgrimage connections (TPTY, TNM, TPJ/Entire Mainline, MDU, RMM) for pilgrims from AP, TL, and MH and vice versa.

SWR gonna do Final Location Survey for Rail Network Expansion

In a big move to upgrade train system, South Western Railway (SWR) gonna do Final Location Survey (FLS) for various projects, like doubling and quadrupling of train tracks.

The big boss guy, Construction Officer, on behalf of The President of India, has invited E-Tenders for these important survey projects in the SWR/CN area.

Stage – 1: Initial study of Satellite Imagery, DEM, DSM, feature extraction, and development of topographic maps. Establishing control points and verifying obligatory points, followed by evaluation of horizontal and vertical alignment.
