I won't blame any other route, but it is the duty of the officials that if the government has built a new railway line, crores of rupees have been spent, trains should also be run on those lines, not on the route which already has a high traffic load.

You see that there are already more than 10 trains from one station to another on a particular route, and not even one train on the other route. Now, a new train is going to run, and the railway officials will finalize it on the same route which already has 10 trains.
