I agree, but my main focus wasn't stoppages but infrastructure of stations. Look at Aligarh, Hathras, Tundla, Firozabad, Etawah Stations, they lack very basic amenities.
There are 4 stations in Hathras and 2 main stations
HTC(falls under NER IZN) and HRS(under NCR PRYG). You can clearly see the diff between infra, basic public amenities provided on the station.

And one thing, how can MTJ feel neglected, it's a NSG 2 Cat station. I don't think it's getting neglected and even Kosi Kalan has better infra than Khurja Jn.

Aur ek baat, MTJ ko kaise neglect feel ho sakta hai, yeh NSG 2 Cat station hai. Mujhe nahi lagta ki isse neglect kiya ja raha hai aur Kosi Kalan ki infra bhi Khurja Jn se better hai.
