12.5 km stretch will connect Hosahalli Station to Sunkadakatte Depot with nine stations. The survey, divided into four phases, will be conducted by different companies, with reports expected within five months. This Orange Line will intersect with the Blue, Red, and Green lines, providing interchanges with the suburban rail system. Furthermore, BMRCL has begun acquiring land for three new stations: JP Nagar 5th Phase, Kamakya, and Hosakerehalli. The corporation is also exploring the possibility of a double-decker Metro line, potentially constructed above the existing elevated line or after its demolition. This project requires coordination with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), who will provide funding support.

Survey ko char phases mein divide kiya gaya hai, jisko alag alag companies karengi, aur reports five months ke andar submit hone chahiye. Ye Orange Line Blue, Red, aur Green lines se intersect karegi, suburban rail system se interchange facility degi. Iske alawa, BMRCL ne teen new stations ke liye land acquire karna shuru kar diya hai: JP Nagar 5th Phase, Kamakya, aur Hosakerehalli. Corporation double-decker Metro line banane ki possibility ko bhi explore kar raha hai, jo existing elevated line ke upar ya uske demolition ke baad ban sakta hai. Is project ke liye Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) ke saath coordination ki jarurat hai, jo funding support karega.
