It departed from Rishikesh at 7:15 PM, 13 hours and 40 minutes behind schedule. On Tuesday, the Kerala Express was rescheduled to depart from Delhi at 1 AM instead of 8:10 PM due to fog, effectively canceling its scheduled arrival in Gwalior. Utkal Express, jo Monday ko 4:50 PM par aani thi, woh kabhi aayi nahi. Woh Rishikesh se 7:15 PM par 13 ghante 40 minute late chali. Mangalwar ko aane wali Kerala Express ko Delhi mein almost 5 ghante ke liye reschedule kiya gaya. Jiske wajah se, jo train ko Delhi se 8:10 PM par chalanai thi, uska starting time raat 1 AM kar diya gaya. Iska seedha matlab hai ki jo train ko 12:03 AM par Gwalior aana tha, woh tab tak Delhi se hi nahi chali. Monday ko aane wali Utkal Express bhi Mangalwar ko 15 ghante ki delay se hi Gwalior pahuchi. Isse passengers ke samne sankat khada ho gaya. Fog ki wajah se train ki late-latifi se engines mein lagae gaye fog safety devices ki bhumika par bhi sawal khada ho rahe hai, kyonki railway ka daawa hai ki in safety devices ki wajah se fog se trains ke chalane par zyada prabhav nahin padta hai.
