ki in trained candidates ko Indian Railways mein jobs ke liye koi preference nahi milega. Is program ka maksad employability aur entrepreneurship ko badhana hai, aur successful candidates ko training ke liye certificates diye jaate hain. Is scheme ka maksad trained individuals ko wage employment ya self-employment karne mein madad karna hai. Railway Ministry candidates ka state-wise data maintain nahi karta hai.
