Creation of new railway division is not happening, though more than 15 years passed.
It is better to ask for inclusion of Wadi Kalaburagi section in SCR GTL division (Just 37 kms).
Whenever new divisions are created across the country, KLBG division can be carved out from SCR SC & GTL divisions and attached to SCR. Both these divisions are almost double the size than stipulated 600-700 kms criteria.

Agar KLBG SCR ke tahat hai, toh Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad se Pune/Mumbai ki trains ke liye koi aur zone change nahi hoga.
Yeh bahut hi simple decision hai jo aasani se implement ho sakta hai.
