1. Make additional stabling lines and platforms, with existing infrastructure GWL can't handle more trains.
2A. JHS-CNB has way more pax than Empty GWL-BIX-ETW

more... How much is it feasible to run additional loop of 3+ hours? just to cater an abandoned line? The three already running express trains are fairly empty.

Some other reasons could be: 1. Making more holding lines and platforms, because the current GWL infrastructure can't handle more trains. 2A. JHS-CNB has way more passengers compared to the empty GWL-BIX-ETW route. 2B. Is it even practical to add another 3+ hour loop just for an abandoned line? The three express trains already running on that route are pretty much empty. 3. 22197/98 PSS shares the same rake with 22195/96 Jhansi Bandra Express/Jhansi Bandra Special/Jhansi Pune Special Express.

2B. Extra loop chalane ke liye 3+ ghante kaafi feasible hai kya? Sirf ek chhod di gayi line ko cater karne ke liye? Teen already chal rahe express trains khali hai.
