A bountiful breakfast menu offers made-to-order eggs, pancakes topped with homemade whipped cream, traditional Indian dishes like Aloo Parantha, fruit platters, freshly-squeezed juices, and a bevy of teas (as one would expect in India). In the evening, and on rare occasions when lunch is served on the train, guests feast on multicourse menus of continental and Indian cuisine (always with a vegetarian option) served by a polished and friendly team of white-glove waiters.
