Timings of Thiruvananthapuram Central-Kanyakumari MEMU is as follows: Thiruvananthapuram Central (9 a.m.), Nemom (9.10 a.m.), Balaramapuram (9.16 a.m.), Neyyattinkara (9.22 a.m.), Amaravila (9.26 a.m.), Dhanuvachapuram (9.31 a.m.), Parassala (9.38 a.m.), Kuzhitturai West (9.46 a.m.), Kuzhitturai (9.54 a.m.), Palliyadi (10.01 a.m.), Eraniel (10.10 a.m.), Veerani Aloor (10.16 a.m.), Nagercoil Town (10.25 a.m.), Nagercoil Juncton (10.40 a.m.), and Kanyakumari (11.55 a.m.).

In the return direction, the MEMU will begin its journey from Kanyakumari at 2.50 p.m., and reach Thiruvananthapuram Central (5.50 p.m). The train will reach Thiruvananthapuram Central at 9.45 a.m.
