In August, a similar near-miss incident occurred on the Patna-Gaya rail line, where a high-tension wire snapped and fell onto the tracks near Nijiyapur Halt, causing a fire. Fortunately, a passenger train had just passed the location minutes prior to the incident, and there were no other trains at the halt, preventing a major tragedy.
