19 stations, including Prayagraj Junction, Kanpur Central, Chheoki, Khurja Junction, Tundla, and Fatehpur, will offer this "premier service." The centers will be staffed with personnel carrying biometric cards, offering assistance like wheelchairs, hotel and taxi bookings, luggage trolleys, and even medication on demand. For safety, staff will be equipped with walkie-talkies for communication. Tourists visiting Prayagraj will receive pamphlets with maps and information about key pilgrimage sites.
