No I think it will still take time....the last part of the screenshot mentions checking feasibility on ARP ( reservation period). Railways will need to add in additional station names , additional class in the systems. Similarly quotas would also undergo changes. Also not sure if Pamban bridge commissioning will happen in a big scale since there are elections in few places and because of code of conduct generally Govt will avoid any big events like this.

This is applicable to all type of trains which have 120 days ARP. Some trains which have ARP of 15 days were intact same.

All trains Superfast, M/E, Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Vande Bharat and all, whose ARP is 120 days.
Mane trains have ARP of 30 days, 15 days and 10 days. Those will remain unchanged.

Hi so after 31st oct can we book tickets for nov 15th as arp is 60 days so it will be available kindly give reply

This is a welcome change to stop mass booking of tickets and later cancelling them to get occupancy into jeopardy. It will certainly help overcrowding in the trains especially in festival times but I am certain that status quo will be the same as always. And they also did a great job not touching ARP for intercity trains which deems it a decision taken with great thought

Are you sure that already booked tickets, beyond 60 days ARP gets auto cancelled !!?

No, before 01st nov, who reserved the tkts ARP 120, that tkts are valid and no cancelled.
