Vande Bharat Express on Ernakulam-Bengaluru route uncertain

A Vande Bharat Express train, previously in Kochuveli, has been moved to Mangaluru, likely to be used on the Mysore-Chennai route. This makes the possibility of an Ernakulam-Bengaluru Vande Bharat service in the near future seem unlikely. Express, which will be extended to Mangaluru. There was also a demand to extend the Bengaluru-Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express to Ernakulam, as well as the Goa-Mangaluru Vande Bharat Express to either Kozhikode or Ernakulam. The Goa train has seen relatively lower occupancy. Maintenance facilities in Ernakulam are being upgraded to accommodate Vande Bharat Express trains.

Mangaluru tak extend ho raha hai, par hi nirbhar rehna hoga. Bengaluru-Coimbatore Vande Bharat Express ko Ernakulam tak badhane ki maang bhi thi, saath hi Goa-Mangaluru Vande Bharat Express ko ya toh Kozhikode ya Ernakulam tak badhane ki maang bhi thi. Goa train mein kam occupancy dekhi gayi hai. Ernakulam mein Vande Bharat Express ko handle karne ke liye maintenance facilities ko upgrade kiya ja raha hai.
