Dusre case mein, Anand Vihar-Saharsa Garib Rath (train number 04032) pe, ek yaatri ne apne papa ke high blood pressure ki baat Rail Madad app pe tweet karke batayi. Railway staff ne jaldi se Gonda station pe dava di aur aadmi ki jaan bachayi. Indian Railways yaatriyon ke experience ko behtar banane ke liye kaam kar raha hai aur travelers ko koi bhi problem aane pe 'Rail Madad' app ya helpline 139 use karne ko bolta hai.
