Report mein Dombivli se Kalyan route par peak hours mein overcrowding ki baat ki gayi hai aur bataya gaya hai ki new Thane-Diva track ka effectively use nahi kiya gaya. Report mein Kalwa-Airoli link jaise projects mein delay ki bhi criticism ki gayi hai. Mumbai Rail Pravasi Sangh ne overcrowding ko kam karne ke liye solutions suggest kiye hain, jaise railway lines ko expand karna, local train frequency badhana, crowd flow manage karna, AC trains ke saath regular local train frequency badhana, elevated railways banaana, office hours adjust karna, Titwala-Badlapur locals ki length badhana, small stations par locals ko do baar rokna, aur local trains ki frequency badhana, aur AC locals mein regular local train coaches add karna.
