As usual, the Railways' decisions often neglect Ranchi, despite it being the capital of Jharkhand state.

I don't know what kind of hypocrisy this is against Ranchi.

Ranchi has the capacity and potential to develop into one of the major cities in Eastern India, after Bhubaneswar. However, for that, connectivity is needed.

Ranchi lacks even a daily train to Delhi, Mumbai (only 12811/12 & 18609/10), both via different routes.

But the Railway Board wants to run special trains only for the Bihar side, like Patna, Muzaffarpur, Katihar, etc.

Ranchi has never had a single train to Lucknow, Dehradun, Haridwar, Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, or for the Gujarat side like Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Jamnagar, or for the Haryana side like Hisar. What a superb hypocrisy by SER and other zones. If this continues, Ranchi should come out of SER as well. This is a very serious issue, unless they have an MP like Dubey Ji.

Ranchi mein Delhi ka ek bhi daily train nahin hai, dekh lo. Aur Mumbai ke liye bhi sirf do train hai, 12811/12 aur 18609/10, woh bhi alag alag route se.

Lekin RB sirf Bihar taraf, Patna, Muzaffarpur, Katihar taraf special trains chalana chahta hai.

Ranchi mein Lucknow, Dehradun, Haridwar, Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Gujarat taraf Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Jamnagar, Haryana taraf Hisar ke liye ek bhi train nahin hai. SER aur other zones ka yeh kya hypocrisy hai? Agar aisa hi chalta raha toh Ranchi ko SER se bahar nikalna chahiye. Yeh bahut serious issue hai, jab tak Dubey Ji jaise MP nahin honge.

Bhuj se Rajkot special train ka time table

When this train used to leave Okha at 12:25 before ZBTT, I observed almost nine years ago that the Okha Saurashtra Mail's rake would arrive in Rajkot at 17:15. Slip coaches from Veraval would be attached in Rajkot and it would halt for half an hour. This was perfect timing for daily passengers from the Rajkot Viramgam section.

Now that it departs at 11:05 from Okha, they should introduce a MEMU/passenger train in that timing from RJT to VG/MSH.

Many passenger trains were cancelled and a few train timings were changed in the Okha ADI section. Hopefully, they will restore some of them after the RJT KNLS OKHA doubling is complete.

Jab yeh train ZBTT se pehle OKHA se 12.25 pe jaati thi, tab maine lag bhag 9 saal pehle dekha tha, Okha Saurashtra Mail ka rake Rajkot pe 17.15 pe pahunchta tha, Veraval se slip coaches Rajkot pe attach kiye jaate the, aur aadha ghanta rukta tha. Yeh Rajkot Viramgam section ke daily passengers ke liye perfect timings tha.

Ab yeh OKHA se 11.05 pe jaati hai, toh unhe is timings pe RJT se VG/MSH ke liye ek MEMU/passenger introduce karna chahiye.

Bahut saare passengers cancel ho gaye aur kuchh trains ke timings bhi OKHA ADI section me change kiye gaye. Umid hai ki RJT KNLS OKHA doubling complete hone ke baad woh kuchh trains ko restore karenge.

The Patna - Gaya sector has given more passengers than all these 3 stations combined. It's also surprising to see people wasting their money by traveling end-to-end on this long route taking slow train.

God knows why all these CIC crybabies cry for more and more trains, and even cry for Vande Bharat when they can't even fill an intercity type train.

Patna - Gaya Sector ne in teenon stations se zyada log diye hain. Aur ye bhi hairan karne wali baat hai ki log itni lambi dori ka slow train mein safar karne ke liye apne paise waste kar rahe hain.

Bhagwaan jaane in CIC ke roone walon ko aur train ki aur Vande Bharat ki kiun zarurat hai, jab ki ye log ek intercity train bhi puri tarah se nahi bhar sakte.
