PM be given to NDLS cdo for initial phase as it would take time to develop maintenance facilities in Manipur.
PM can be done at Silchar. Till Imphal Pitline is constructed.

Can't they extend this 15715/16 train to NJP itself? NJP can also take care of its PM, as used to be the case before... Perhaps to accommodate additional passengers, they can increase coach count (and if possible frequency as well)... If trains PM-ed at ASN can be originated/terminated at JSME, what's stopping them to extend 15715/16 to NJP? Railways after all, wants profits, right? Massive Marwari Population of Siliguri shall easily facilitate profits! Not to mention both up and down timelines are filled with slacks! Thoughts?
The extension of Garib Nawaz upto NJP via Bagdogra was approved by Railway Board in 2013 but as per news the then MP of Kishanganj loksabha constituency had protested in the parliament & as a result the extension was cancelled . Earlier GN had PM at NJP CDO but when KNE pitlines were commissioned the PM was shifted to KNE

My first attempt for vande metro, for chennai corporation daily user demand, a best train for IT crowd VM TMV MMK to Tambaram(shri ram gateway, Elcot sozhinganallur), mount(Olympia tech park, vadapalani), Guindy(I,E, thousand light) and CGL to GPD daily users as well as MSB to NLR ICE.

Shifting PM of this train from DLI to NFR is starting of decline of this legendary train of IR

The maintainance of KYQ CDO is satisfactory but when it was under DLI CDO before COVID the maintenance & punctuality were very worst. I travelled in this train from MLDT to NJP, NCB , NOQ back in the days & guess what toilets were literally a Hell you couldn't even stand 1 sec there & train was horribly late by 6-7 hrs those days , just imagine that a train which was scheduled to arrive in midnight but actually arriving in late morning.

Ya literally interior of the train is in bad condition. When it was in Dibrugarh CDO maintenance was good neat and clean. But After PM shifted to Kamakhya CDO maintenance is not soo good . All trains of KYQ CDO maintenance are bad and broken condition.

The condition was worst when it used to have a PM at dli and even now after short termination at Kyq.

Alternatively, PM could have been transferred back to NR/DLI instead of short termination to KYQ. Anyways, there is 19 hrs lie over at DLI. There is no other daily in day time for dbrg from ghy as replacement.
